Saima Yasin Razaq
Founder
Saima Razaq is the Founder of Quality Training Academy, she is a pure Educationist at heart and passionate about Good Quality Education and Professional Training to ensure Best Practice.
She is a Qualified Early Years Educator and Consultant, a well-known name in the Early Years sector. She has dedicated the past 20 years in the Middle East, working with various schools, nurseries, and training centers. As an Educationist, she has outstanding numbers of over 700 teachers successfully qualified under her belt.
With a vision to consolidate her experience further in the field of Education from the UK and the UAE, Saima has been working on her latest venture in creating an unparalleled Education Facility for aspiring professionals from around the world.

Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al Shehi
Mr Mohammed Hamad Ali Shehi, is the Deputy Director General at the Department of Finance, Government of Dubai. Since February 2006, he has a total experience of over 27 years in Executive Management positions within the framework of the Government of Dubai and the private sector.
In addition to his present role as Deputy Director-General, Mohammed Hamad Al Shehi is also, the Secretary to the Supreme Fiscal Committee(SFC).

Meet Our Consultants
Helen Tate
Early Years Expert
Helen is a Deputy Head Teacher and Early Years Lead across 4 schools, all with nursery provision and an Early Years Consultant. She has worked with Early Childhood Educators in the UK as well as Internationally, including schools in the UAE and China.
She has been in Early Education for 28 years in various roles and has worked with schools and nurseries - supporting staff with practice and provision, as well as delivering professional development.
Katie Tretheway
Primary Years Expert
Katie has over 12 years of experience in Education in which time she has specialised in curriculum development and teacher training. Trained in the UK, she has worked in government and international schools in London and Hong Kong. She has experience at a leadership level with the British National Curriculum, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP).
Katie has hosted regular teacher training workshops based around key educational priorities. In addition, Katie has led the development of curriculums for subjects including English as a Second Language (ESL), STEM, Technology, Digital Arts, Entrepreneurship, Science, Maths and Creative Writing for a wide range of schools and educational organisations across the globe.
Meena Wood
Secondary Years Expert
Meena Kumari Wood FRSA, MBA; a former HMI (Ofsted) works across the British and International Education sectors. She held senior leadership positions in English schools and Further education colleges. As a former adviser to the DfE and currently, as an International Education Consultant, her insights reflect the importance of placing learners’ aspirations and needs at the heart of the curriculum. Currently, she conducts in-school reviews, specialising in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, leadership and training for inspection in the UK. She has authored two books Assessment of Prior Learning & Bilingual Learners (1995) and Secondary Curriculum Transformed: Enabling All to Achieve ( Routledge published 7 December 2020).
Richard Bingley
Cyber Security Expert
Richard served as Chief Executive Officer of City Security and Resilience Networks (CSARN) from 2009 to 2012 and Executive Director of London First (2007-09). He has delivered security and risk briefings to the UK’s largest businesses and agencies and law-enforcement services to support the protection of crowded places. In this post he led on the development of a counter-terrorism focused Business Policing Model in central London, in partnership with the Commissioner of the City of London Police and Cardiff University.
Richard served as a Senior Lecturer in Security and Organisational Resilience and then Director of the Business School at Buckinghamshire New University from 2012-17. He holds an MA in International Studies, holds the PGCTLHE for teaching in Higher Education, and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Umar Khan
Digital Marketing Expert
Umar is a passionate digital marketer with over 8 years of experience in managing high budget digital marketing campaigns. With experience and expertise on all the verticals of Digital Channels including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, CRO UX and others. Umar is currently linked with Nakheel as the Senior. Digital Strategist. He also conducts digital marketing workshops & regular classes for well-known educational institutes in Dubai.
Tina Rounding
Early Years SEN Expert
Tina specialises in Early Years Special Educational Needs. Tina is also an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating achiever with 25 years of experience.
As an Early Years Specialist Tina has worked with families and nurseries, both in the U.K. and U.A.E. Alongside this role, she has run Early Years’ Movement and Play Workshops and Parenting with Confidence Workshops, providing early years educators and parents with techniques and strategies on how to support development, including those with special educational needs.
Tina is the co-founder of Early Years Development International, has been a volunteer for the National Childbirth Trust UK, and is currently a volunteer with the charity, Home-Start UK, providing support for families with children under 5, who are going through challenging times.
